Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Blue Car Group LLC, we value transparency and fairness. The following policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for both car rental reservations and auto repair or maintenance services.

1. Car Rental Reservations

1.1 Cancellation Window

You may cancel your car rental reservation anytime from 3 days up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without providing a specific reason.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pick-up:
    The rental payment (excluding the reservation fee) will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up:
    The rental amount and reservation fee are non-refundable.

1.2 Reservation Fee

A reservation fee (amount varies by vehicle) is required to hold your booking.

  • This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including early cancellation or no-shows.

  • The reservation fee may be applied toward your rental total at pick-up if you proceed with the rental.

1.3 No-Show or Late Arrival

If the renter fails to appear at the scheduled pick-up time without notice, the booking will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible to modify your reservation.

1.4 Refund Method and Processing Time

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used during booking.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Include your full name, reservation number, and vehicle pick-up date for faster processing.

2. Auto Repair & Service Appointments

2.1 Deposits and Parts Orders

For most repair and maintenance services, we require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling.
This deposit allows us to pre-purchase parts and reserve technician time.

  • If parts have not yet been purchased, the deposit may be refunded upon cancellation.

  • If parts have already been purchased or ordered, the deposit becomes non-refundable, since these items were specifically ordered for your vehicle.

  • Parts already purchased or installed cannot be returned or refunded once ordered.

2.2 Cancellation Notice

If you wish to cancel your service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Cancellations made after this period may result in additional charges or loss of deposit.

2.3 Refund Timing

Refunds for eligible deposits will be processed within 10–15 business days, using the same payment method originally used.

3. Additional Conditions

  • Blue Car Group reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above terms or if cancellation requests are made after the eligible time frame.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for services or rentals that have already begun.

  • All refunds are subject to verification of payment and transaction completion.
