Do you offer pick-up service?

No, we do not provide customer pick-up service. Vehicle need to be picked up and returned at our main location in Gardena CA.

Can I add another driver to my rental?

Yes. A spouse or domestic partner may be added if they meet rental requirements. Other additional drivers must appear in person, meet age and license requirements, and may be subject to an extra fee.

Can I return the vehicle after hours?

No, after-hours returns are not permitted at this location. If renter return the vehicle after 5:00pm, an extra fee may be applied due to after-hour drop off.

What deposit is required?

A $200 deposit is required for all rentals. Your deposit will be refunded in full as long as the rules outlined in your rental agreement are followed. If these rules are not met, the deposit will not be refunded.

What is the minimum age to rent a car?

You must be at least 21 years old. Drivers between 21–24 will pay an additional $10/day surcharge.

Do you accept debit cards?

Yes, debit cards can be accepted with conditions (matching address on license, proof of residence, and additional requirements for certain vehicles). Standard procedure is to pay via Credit Card. A 5% processing fee is applied at check out. Cash is not accepted.

Is insurance included on rental fee?

Yes, you can purchase insurance with our company, or register the vehicle with your own Insurance Carrier. Contact us for more details.

Can I drive the rental out of state?

No, we are not allowed to leave California State and the geographical limit to drive the rental vehicle is 100 miles radius from 1337 W El Segundo Blvd, Gardena CA 90247.
